1 year limited warranty
THE WARRANTY PROVIDED HERE IN SHALL BE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY PROVIDED BY CEVI MED. THERE SHALL BE NO OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE DISCLAIMED. IN NO EVENT WILL CEVI MED BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OR NATURE TO OWNER OR ANY PARTY CLAIMING THROUGH OWNER.
NOTE: This limited Warranty does not affect your statutory rights under the laws relating to the sale of consumer products. Some states do not allow exclusions, so limitations may not apply.
YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE ELECTRIC PARTS REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT. CEVI MED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, OR OPPORTUNITY.
Liability is limited to the purchase value of the product.
In order to file a warranty claim in the event of a defect, simply email us at warranty@cevimed.com with at least 3 images* or a video demonstrating the defect. We also require that you provide proof of original purchase. Altering, erasing, or forging any proof-of-purchase documents voids any applicable product warranty. *Additional images may be required depending on the nature of the defect.
The limited warranty is effective for one year from the date of delivery from the original consumer purchase through Cevi Med as the primary vendor and is not transferable. Proof of original delivery date and, if requested by an authorized representative of Cevi Med, is required to obtain service under this limited warranty. Cevi Med sells its products with the intent that they are free of defects after refurbishment and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase/delivery. Except as noted below. This warranty extends only to consumers and does not extend to dealers.
Cevi Med at its option, will repair or replace defective equipment or equipment parts found to be defective during the warranty period that are included in the chart below. Repairs may be performed using new or refurbished parts that meet or exceed Cevi Med's expectations for new parts. If Cevi Med elects to replace the unit, the replacement may be a reconditioned unit. Depending on availability of products, Cevi Med reserves the right to provide you with a replacement unit that is the same or similar, or substitute equivalent of the original product. If the product is no longer available, replacement may be made with a similar product of equal or greater value. This is your exclusive warranty. Do NOT attempt to repair or adjust any electrical or mechanical functions on this product. Any attempt to repair by you or a hired third party will void this warranty.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of parts or damage resulting from any of the following: negligent use or misuse of the product, use on improper voltage or current, use contrary to the operating instructions, improper installation, lack of maintenance, overloading, improper assembly, disassembly, negligent storage, scratches, accidents, repair(s) or alteration(s) by anyone other than a Cevi Med technician or an authorized Cevi Med technician or handy man. This warranty does not cover corrosion or discoloration after the equipment is used. Further, the warranty does not cover: Acts of God, such as fire, flood, hurricanes, and tornadoes.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by abrasive and chemical cleaners. This warranty is for replacement of defective parts only. Cevi Med is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or labor costs. This Limited Warranty does not cover Cevi Med products sold “AS IS.” Cevi Med will not replace equipment or parts to equipment sold “AS IS.”
This warranty is effective only if the product is purchased and operated in the country in which the product is purchased. A product that requires modifications or adaptations to enable it to operate in any other country other than in the United States is not covered under this warranty.
PARTS AND SERVICE, WHICH ARE NOT COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. THE COST OF REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT UNDER THESE EXCLUDED CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL BE BORNE BY YOU. EQUIPMENT PURCHASED NEW RATHER THAN REFURBISHED SHALL UPHOLD THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY SHOULD IT EXCEED THE COVERAGE OUTLINED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
