Should the Purchaser want to resell the equipment without retesting it, then the Purchaser shall provide CEVI MED, upon request, with evidence (such as letters of acknowledged receipt from the final-end users or pictures) to demonstrate the equipment is being reused appropriately by the final customer. If Purchaser intends to resell the Goods internationally, Purchaser shall be listed as the “Exporter of Record.” CEVI MED shall be listed as the Purchaser’s international “ship to” address on CEVI MED’s resale invoice and may direct-load overseas shipping containers or other vehicles with the resold Goods.
