Product Questions
Shipping charges can be calculated upon checkout while taxes vary depending on the state. Keeping in mind these additional costs for the consumer we offer free shipping on sale items throughout the year.
If your business has a tax exemption, please send a copy of your tax-exempt form to admin@cevimed.com. Our account manager will verify the document and alter your account to include the tax exemption.
Unfortunately, Cevi Med does not accept any type of insurance at this time.
Ordering Questions
If you are local to Orange City, FL or are in the area you can stop by our office to pick up small equipment and supplies. If you are ordering items like hospital beds, chairs, or anything large enough to require transportation on pallets cannot be picked up. These items are required to be delivered by professional services to ensure customer and product safety.

Delivery Questions
Currently, we ship nationwide in the Contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship overseas at this time.
Florida-based deliveries are local to our warehouse, and therefore we offer personal in-house delivery with our expert delivery team. We also offer reduced shipping rates as we can usually deliver your items faster, and at a reduced cost to you than those of standard carrier companies. Please call our customer support team for a local delivery quote at (883) 238-4633.
East coast states are also eligible for local in-house delivery at reduced rates. This is largely dependent on order volume and will be available in a case-by-case scenario.
Any item shipped through our partnered LTL carriers require a signature. These are usually for larger parcels containing beds or chairs. Small items delivered via USPS, UPS, or FedEx usually do not require a signature.
